Purchasing

Access to the Portfolio API is available through our on-chain subscription program. Access can be purchased in intervals of one month, with the option to have up to 12 months in advance pre-purchased at any one time. More information can be found on our website.

Subscription Plans & Credits

• Each plan provides monthly credits for API usage.

• Requests can be made until the monthly credit limit is reached.

• Plans can be upgraded at any time, and any unused time from a previous purchase will be discounted off the upgrade price.

• Plans do not auto-renew; users must manually extend their subscription.

• Downgrades and refunds are not available once a plan is purchased.

Upgrading Your Plan

• The only way to increase the monthly credit limit is buying the next higher-tier plan.

• If upgrading, the unused time from the current plan is credited toward the upgrade price and the new plan will start from the date of purchase.

Alternative Solutions for Higher Credit Limits

• The only way to obtain more credits for the month is by upgrading to a higher-tier plan.

• If you do not wish to upgrade, another option is to purchase a plan using a different wallet and use the API keys from that wallet.

• This is a limitation of the on-chain subscription system.
